The Locality

Yoxford is an appealing village laying alongside the River Yox from which it takes part of its name. At the junction of the A12 and A1120 ( tourist route ) it is convenient for the seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh as well as the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

Yoxford can be reached by train with a railway station situated only 1 mile away at Darsham. Woodbridge lies 15 miles to the south and Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk being a further 10 miles on.

Yoxford has a local shop for your daily essential needs, a deli and an Antique Centre which has a café in its grounds.
